It was just an excellent fit for a holiday in Kralendijk with very good value for money. The staff was attentive and promptly moved us when we reported the bug issue, showing they care. Bring bug spray just in case!

staying at captain don's habitat was fantastic! the house reef was worth diving into, and we loved the oceanfront location. the staff at the restaurant were super pleasant, and we really enjoyed the romantic massage in the seaside couples cabana with breathtaking views and the soothing sound of waves.

However, the inconsistency in housekeeping service was frustrating, with staff showing up at random times, and the dive operation lacked professionalism, as there was no roll call after dives. Additionally, the cleanliness and upkeep of the bar area were not up to par, leaving an unsatisfactory impression.

I had the best time diving off the dock and enjoying the beautiful gardens. The outdoor swimming pool and the relaxing garden area were perfect spots to unwind after a day of adventure. Our room was a bit dated, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. just a tip—try the Barracuda special at dinner! 😊

Our stay at Captain Don's Habitat created memories we will cherish forever! The boat diving experience was seamless, and I loved that it offered unlimited shore diving opportunities. Every morning we enjoyed a hearty breakfast, scrambled eggs, and the freshest juice, fueling our adventures beneath the waves. It was wonderful to see the joy in the staff's faces as they served us. The scenic views from our room were breathtaking, and the atmosphere felt relaxed. The space for snorkelling was a delight, with the chance to explore the gorgeous house reef whenever we wanted.

The dive shop area feels dated, with slippery tile floors that pose a safety hazard, and the dive operation itself could use some organization, especially when it comes to boat scheduling and gear management, with gear left on deck during surface intervals.
